This project is funded by the Andalusia Comprehensive Employment Plan (SEPE Agreement) and the Employment Promotion and Placement Program. It offers guidance, training, and personalized support for individuals over 52 years of age who are looking for a job or wish to start a business.

We operate across several provinces in Andalusia:

• Seville

• Cordoba

The program includes:

• 10 hours of career guidance.

• 50 hours of specialized training.

• 40 hours of job placement and support services.

The total duration will depend on your availability. On our end, we offer training sessions every month and provide support every day.

• Personalized Attention: 10 hours of career guidance tailored to your needs.
• Free Specialized Training: 50 hours to enhance your professional and technical skills.
• Job Placement Actions: 40 hours of ongoing support to connect you with companies and real job opportunities.
• Financial Incentive: You will receive €528 in financial support for completing the program.
• Entrepreneurship & Networking: We help you develop your business plan and establish connections with professional networks.​
  

We offer practical, dynamic, job-oriented workshops that include skill development, technical competencies, and support to help you stand out in recruitment processes or launch your own project.

We deliver both online and in-person formats across the various provinces where we operate.

• Be over 52 years of age.

• Be registered as an unemployed jobseeker with the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE) for at least 360 days within the last 18 months.
