This training action is publicly funded and completely free of charge for participants.
The call for proposals for this training plan is an initiative of the Ministry of Work and Social Economy (MTES) and the Public Employment Service (SEPE), with the State Foundation for Training in Employment (FUNDAE) responsible for its control and oversight.
Target audience:
Training program intended for self-employed workers.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

- Ensure cybersecurity and resolve technical incidents.
Developing advanced digital competencies to leverage the wealth of new opportunities offered by digital technologies, fully aligned with Recommendation 2006/962/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on key competences for lifelong learning.

- Installation of peripheral hardware drivers.

- Advanced search techniques:

- Alternative information sources.
- Content curation:
- Information veracity verification techniques.
- Open digital content repositories and sources.
- Cloud content storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive).
3. Communication & Collaboration:
- Information sharing:

- Basic use of social media platforms for communication.
- Communication via digital technologies:
- Text-based communication: Instant messaging systems, chats, etc.
- Audiovisual communication: Videoconferencing tools (Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
- Digital collaboration tools.
- Digital etiquette and online threats:
- Cyberbullying / Cyberharassment.
- Identity theft / Impersonation.
4. Digital Content Creation:
- Office productivity tools (Spreadsheets and Databases).
