At Andalucía Emplea Más, we run this initiative to help you unlock your full potential and achieve personalized reentry into the job market—whether you are looking for employment or ready to start a business.
The program is aimed at unemployed individuals registered as non-employed jobseekers with the Andalusian Employment Service (Servicio Andaluz de Empleo - SAE), belonging to one of the following priority target groups:
- Long-term unemployed individuals.
- Recipients of unemployment benefits, unemployment allowances, or Active Integration Income (Renta Activa de Inserción - RAI).
- Individuals aged 45 and over.
- Migrants.
- Persons with disabilities.
- Individuals at risk of social exclusion.
We operate across multiple provinces in Andalusia:
- Seville.
- Cordoba.
- Granada.
- Malaga.

- Individualized Guidance: 10 hours of personalized vocational counseling tailored to individual participant needs.
- Specialized Free Vocational Training: 50 hours focused on enhancing employability and technical competencies.
- Labor Market Integration Actions: 40 hours of practical accompaniment designed to facilitate direct employer engagement and employment opportunities.
- Financial Completion Incentive: Participants receive a €528 financial stipend upon successful completion of the full pathway program.
- Entrepreneurship & Professional Networking: Specialized support in business plan formulation and integration into professional networks.
The program offers practical, active, and employment-oriented training workshops focused on skill development, technical competencies, and participant guidance to optimize candidate performance in selection processes or facilitate venture creation.
Training actions are delivered via virtual classroom (online) and face-to-face modalities across the designated provincial operations.
Target Group Verification: Belong to one of the priority target groups listed above (supporting documentation required).
Employment Status: Be officially registered as a non-employed jobseeker with the Andalusian Employment Service (Servicio Andaluz de Empleo - SAE).
Education Status: Not currently enrolled in formal education or accredited training.
