We highlight the T-Acompañamos program, an initiative by the Servicio Andaluz de Empleo (Andalusia Employment Service), funded by the Andalusian FSE+ Operational Program 2021-2027 and co-funded by the European Union. This program is designed to develop comprehensive projects that include labor guidance, specific training, and personalized support. Currently, we manage three comprehensive projects: Youth, Vulnerable Groups, and Over 52s.
Our goal is to enhance the skills, abilities, and confidence of participants, helping them access the labor market or turn their ideas into sustainable businesses.

¿WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Unemployed individuals registered as non-occupied job seekers with the Servicio Andaluz de Empleo who belong to one of the following groups:
YOUTH
Seville | Cordoba | Granada | Jaen
- People whose age is between 18 and 29 years old (both included).
- Registered in the Youth Guarantee System (Sistema de Garantía Juvenil).
- Currently not enrolled in studies.
SPECIFIC GROUPS
Seville | Cordoba | Granada | Malaga
- People over 45 years old .
- Long-term unemployed individuals.
- Recipients of welfare, unemployment benefits, or the Active Insertion Income
- Migrants.
- People with disabilities.
- People at risk of social exclusion.

- Preparing you for selection processes or structuring business ideas.
- Specific technical knowledge in key sectors.
- Essential workplace competencies.

- Creation of job profiles or business plans tailored to your goals.
- Activation and motivation for change.
- You will receive €528 upon completing the guidance and training phases
