ALMA
An initiative funded by the European Union and the European Social Fund that offers young people in vulnerable situations who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) a training and internship experience in another EU country to improve their social and labor inclusion. A vital life experience that provides an international opportunity to grow.
ALMA (Aim, Learn, Master, Achive) is a 6-month project where we work from a close and practical approach, offering socio-labor guidance, training, personalized mentoring, and real opportunities for growth.

Phase 3 - Placement & Insertion

Upon their return, they will continue to receive support for their labor market insertion. Throughout the entire process, they will have the support of a mentor, socio-labor counseling, and psychological assistance.
