COMPREHENSIVE YOUTH PROGRAM

It is a program funded by the European Social Fund (ESF+) and the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE) offering guidance, training, and tailored support for young people aged 18 to 29 who are seeking employment or ready to start a business.

At Andalucía Emplea Más, we deliver this program to help you unlock your full potential and achieve personalized integration into the labor market—whether you are looking for a job or launching your own venture.

We operate across multiple provinces in Andalusia:

• Seville.
• Cordoba.
• Granada.

The program includes:

• 10 hours of career guidance.
• 50 hours of specialized training.
• 40 hours of job placement support and active mentoring.

The overall duration adapts to your schedule and availability. We offer training sessions every month and provide guidance services daily.

• Personalized Support: 10 hours of career guidance tailored to your needs.
• Free Specialized Training: 50 hours to boost your practical and technical skills.
• Job Placement Support: 40 hours of mentoring to connect you with employers and real opportunities.
• Financial Stipend: Receive a €528 completion allowance for finishing the program.
• Entrepreneurship & Networking: We help you build your business plan and tap into professional networks.

• Age Requirement: Be between 18 and 29 years old (inclusive).
• Employment Status: Be registered as a non-employed jobseeker with the Andalusian Employment Service (Servicio Andaluz de Empleo - SAE).
• Youth Guarantee Registration: Be enrolled in the National Youth Guarantee System (Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil).
• Education Status: Not currently enrolled in formal education or training.
